SPECIAL NOTICE: Due to the current circumstances with Covid-19 we are currently taking reservations only for those who are seriously interested in this journey. While we are confident this journey will happen, there are still unknowns about some of the technical aspects, such a required vaccination and such. We will be finalizing the plans for this journey, during the late spring of 2021, and those who have showed serious interest will be giving the option to have first refusal or to pay the deposit to secure one of the 16 limited spots available for this journey.

At this time, this is a Double Occupancy ONLY registration and requires a $500 deposit*. If you do not have a roommate, one will be assigned. Once the trip details have been finalized this spring, Lauren's office will be in touch with you to arrange for payment of your deposit and trip balance.

There may be the opportunity to upgrade to a single occupancy once we have a clearing understanding of the rooms options on the boat. If you would like to be notified of this potential upgrade should the opportunity arise, please indicate so in your registration. Upgrades will be offered in the order the requests are made, and an additional charge of $1,100 would be required.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • A $500 deposit is required to secure your spot on this journey. Once the journey's details have been finalized, Lauren's office will reach out to you to arrange for payment.
  • If you do not have a roommate, we will assign a roommate. If you do have a roommate, please provide your roommate’s name when register.
  • There may be the opportunity to upgrade to a single supplement once we understand the rooms on the boat. Please note in your registration if you would like to be notified of this potential upgrade should the opportunity arise. Upgrades will be offered in the order the requests are made. There would be an additional charge of $1,100 for the upgrade.

  • Tipping will come up throughout the trip, we do ask for $200 gratuity tip for your Egyptologist Emil and the lovely staff on the Dahabiya in cash to be collected on arrival. Emil and the boat crew go above and beyond to be sure you have not only an amazing time, but that you are safe and well taken care of.
