If you are having trouble downloading course materials, please be sure to read our Download Instructions before submitting your tech support request.

If you have attempted to download an audio you purchased from Lauren's store using the link in your email confirmation, please be sure to include the following in your tech support request:

  • If you are trying to access the file(s) from a computer, please let us know if it is a PC or Mac.
  • If you are trying to access the file(s) from a mobile device, such as as tablet or smartphone, please include the name and model number.
  • Regardless of which type of device you are using to access the file(s) - e.g. computer vs. mobile device - what is the name and version of the web browser you are using.
